Instore Shopping Instructions Instore shopping requires on reservations. We are medical and recitational.
1. Texting is better than calling. We are open 24/7/365 however some times the driver may be doing a delivery or ran to the store but we are there. If you want to be sure text us at 313-918-8390 to make sure.
2. We accept both medical and recreational instate or out of state
3. No reservations are required simple pull up to 14285 Wyoming. If you call after 3am someone will be there he may be sleep but someone is there.
4. We accept tips from cash, cashapp, zelle, paypal, and we have a ATM for your convience.
5. We have 2 door bells ring both of them and someone will let you in.
6. If you pull up on a dummy mission and no one contacts you.... We will get a FREE 3.5 for your trouble we are not here to waste anyone's time. I don't care if we have to send it through a time machine.
Curbside Shopping Instructions 1. You can either pre order or you can simple pull up and get your order from the attendant which is actually recommended.
2. Everything from the instore shopping applies to curbside. The only difference is you can place your order online first and then pull up and get it.
3. You cant pay online so if you don't have cash you will have to come in and use the atm or send your money using the options in the instore shopping instructions. #4 so if your short on time text us at 313-918-8390 so we can accommodate you if your in a rush.
Delivery Instructions 1. Place your order online.
2. Text 313-918-8390 (NOT CALL) TEXT and let us know you placed an order for delivery.
3. Have your method of payment ready.
4. Depending on how busy we are deliveries can take 15 mins up to an hour or more... So if you need it soon just let us know.. We are very transparent with our times and will accommodate you if needed... Even if we have to give you something free.
5. Be ready when the driver text you. Make sure your looking at your phone for a call or text with communication.
6. When the driver arrives have your payment method ready. If you have to transfer funds to accounts, get money, need change, make sure you have all that ready so its a smooth transaction. Lets not have a 15 min delay when it driver arrives.
